Your data is erased before any device is reused
Before we refurbish a purchased device, we erase all storage media using certified erasure software. You receive an erasure certificate for every device.

Do you also buy from private individuals?
Yes. We buy from businesses and from private individuals. There is no minimum quantity – single devices are welcome too.

Do you also buy defective devices?
Defective devices only after prior consultation. Please describe the defect in your enquiry.
What information do you need for a quote?
Ideally the device type, manufacturer and model, quantity and condition. For larger quantities, a device list is sufficient.
Do I have to accept the quote?
No. You receive a quote first. We only buy once you agree.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Usually within a few working days of your enquiry.
Do you collect the devices?
Both options are possible: we collect the devices or you ship them to us. We agree the best option with you.
Do you also remove equipment on site?
Yes. On request, we also clear offices and remove equipment from server racks at your premises.
What happens to the data on my devices?
All storage media are erased with certified erasure software, and you receive an erasure certificate with the serial number for every device. Storage media that cannot be erased are physically destroyed and the destruction is logged. More about data erasure
Do I need to back up my data beforehand?
Yes, please back up all data you still need before handover. We erase all storage media – afterwards the data is no longer available.
Isn’t it enough to format the hard drive myself?
No. Formatting usually does not overwrite the data, and it can often be recovered with recovery tools. That is why we use certified erasure software.
